The information contained in our website is general, we endeavour to provide accurate information, product descriptions, prices, delivery times and measurements, however we take no reasonability or liability for any errors, MATTRESSES IN BLACK reserves the right to correct or make changes relating to any products on our web site, without notice.

We quote estimations of delivery dates; we therefore do not accept liability should goods not arrive on that date or offer compensation.

MIB will refund your purchase in full but does not accept liability or compensate for unforeseen circumstances where a delivery is unable to be completed due to inaccessibility or inability to arrange transportation to a remote region or an area effected by a natural disaster or extreme weather conditions.

 MIB endeavours to portray its products and colours as accurately as possible, colour variations may occur due to some computers monitors. 

Video’s and structure diagrams are illustrative and may not reflect the true colour of components or foams in products.

MIB reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

MIB will endeavour to advise via our web site any product that is discontinued, out of stock or unavailable. Should this situation arise we will offer an alternative product or full refund.

CONDITIONS OF SALE 

MIB retains ownership of products you ordered until full payment is received. Risk and title for products purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items.

All orders placed will be processed at the sale price shown on our website and are inclusive of GST.

At its discretion, from time to time Mattresses in Black may offer gifts or discounts during external promotions, customers with promotion vouchers will be able to enter the special code during checkout to receive their gift or discount.

It is imperative that you check the goods you have purchased are the correct size and will fit your bed frame.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods you have ordered will fit into your home this includes but is not limited to the Driveway, Lift, Hallway, Stairs, Door opening and lastly the room.

DELIVERY

It is our responsibility to deliver your goods on time and in good condition. We take no responsibility for unforeseen delays due to traffic conditions, breakdowns, accidents or adverse weather conditions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you or your representative is present to except delivery if you do not want your goods left unattended.

Any and all failed delivery attempts will be charged to the purchaser at full price. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before delivery to ensure you are aware that your delivery is on the way.

You should inspect your goods ASAP after delivery. Any damages should be reported within 3 days of delivery.

If your order is to be delivered outside of the Sydney Metro area, Mattresses in Black will inspect the goods prior to delivery to the designated freight company, we do not accept liability for loss or any damage incurred during transportation and suggest you consider insuring your goods if concerned.

Due to OH&S regulations carriers will not enter your premises, goods will be left at the front entry of your premises or foyer only.

Excepted terms of payment are Visa, Master Card or Pay Pal or on terms TAP through After Pay.

WARRANTIES

Mattresses in Black (MIB) offer various warranty terms for different products in our range, before claiming a warranty check the specific terms for the product you have purchased.

A limited warranty covers defects and or failure of materials and workmanship for the term of warranty for the specific product.

A limited warranty provides for you and the manufacturer specific legal rights and obligations. A limited warranty may vary from state to state. A limited warranty extends to products manufactured by Mattresses in Black, located in Australia and is available only to the original purchaser (first owner), a limited warranty or implied warranty cannot be transferred to consequent owners of the product.
