A New Level of Simplicity

The Black Base is MIB's most popular base, once the bed is made up with linen, the base appears to disappear, giving the impression your mattress is floating.

It’s strong too, the pedestal cross sections offer the optimum support when combined with the solid ply platform, there is no doubt it’s the sturdiest base available.

Any novice can assemble the Black Base, the pedestal just slots together, then simply bolt the base boards to the pedestal with the supplied Allen key, no power tools required.

The Black Base can be connected to any of Mattresses in Blacks bed heads, or it looks fabulous without a bed head.

I purchased two firm Mattresses from Sue, who was extremely helpful. One for my daughter and one for myself. Unfortunately I found my mattress to be too firm, so Sue swapped it for me to a medium which I found to be too soft. I ended up getting a full refund on my mattress. The whole process was so easy. Mattress in black was always on time, very helpful and always friendly. My daughter absolutely loves her firm mattress. WARNING: Ever since I got this mattress, I never want to get out of bed anymore. Think twice before you buy, otherwise you might miss your aching bones and back pain, cause they’ll surely disappear.
